Pileated Pinot Gris

Our vineyard boasts the first Pinot Gris vines planted in Nova Scotia. Successive cold events in 2022 and 2023 have been devastating for our crop. As a result, this vintage relies on Niagara grown fruit. It is reflective of the Alsatian style Gris, we traditionally produce.
This wine is crisp and refreshing with floral notes on the nose and stone fruit and citrus on the palate.
